If you haven't received your confirmation email after registering on BBOD, this could be for two reasons:


1. The email is in your spam folder or you've accidentally marked the email as spam.

            1.1 If you marked the email as spam, depending on your email provider, you have to remove our email domain from the list manually so you can continue receiving emails from us.


2. You may have misspelled your email when registering. 

            2.1 You can check by creating a new account with the email you think you used before. The system will let you know if there's an account under this email already. If this is the case, please wait and check your email again. Otherwise, if the system allows you to create a new account, then you entered the wrong email previously and you should receive a confirmation email for the new account.
